Shipping policy

Mermaid Dayz makes every item to order ~ here is how it gets to you.

Shipping cost

US orders over $99 ship free. Orders under that pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Production time

Because your item is printed after you order it, production typically takes 1 to 4 business days before it ships. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves production.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and the carrier. These are our honest typical ranges, not guarantees ~ carrier delays can happen, and we will always help you track a late package.

Where we ship

At this time, Mermaid Dayz ships within the United States only.

Holidays and long weekends

Around holidays and long weekends, printing partners and carriers get busy ~ please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. Ordering by the posted order-by date is the safest way to have it in hand for the day itself.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or a package is marked delivered but never arrived, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
