The mermaid stepped out of the picture and left her handwriting behind. That is Zero Fins Given. Every design in it is the saying itself, big and loud, with a tail curled through the letters like a signature on a note stuck to the fridge. No rock, no dock, no crab holding a sign. Just the sentence she would have said, printed large enough that she does not have to.
Not caring, in several fonts
Zero Fins Given sets the tone in navy letters with a pink tail swimming through them and one tiny olive at the bottom, left there on purpose. Zero Flukes Given prints Currently Not Caring in purple, Salty Siren Energy says Too Salty To Care with a pink tail winding through the middle, and Salty By Choice stacks Sassy By Nature over Salty By Choice in hot pink with shells scattered around the edges. The hair gets two versions of the same verdict: Untamed Siren Sass swirls Mermaid Hair Don't Care in loose teal script with a pink tail flicking off the end, and Salty Hair Don't Care writes it bold and blue with a purple tail curling under.
Fair warning
Fin Around Attitude prints Fin Around and Find Out in navy against a hot-pink tail, which is both an invitation and a mistake. Flip My Fin says Don't Make Me Flip My Fin in purple, and Salty Siren Warning writes Don't Test The Waters with a purple tail, water flying everywhere, and one very small red crab at the bottom who clearly already did. Talk To The Tail, Spelled Out is exactly that, purple letters and a tail turning away with a crab beside the tip. Zero Surface Drama asks you to Keep Your Drama Above Sea Level, and Fin Over Feet reports 99 problems and confirms that legs are not one of them.
House rules
Unapologetic Siren Energy prints My Tail My Rules with a tiny crown perched on the fin. Unapologetically Buoyant answers I'm Not Bossy I'm Buoyant with a little striped buoy floating beside the words. Off-Duty Siren posts Mermaid Mode: Do Not Disturb, Mermaid Time Only says Sorry I'm On Mermaid Time over a pocket watch that nobody is checking, and Surface Drama Canceled tells the shore Not Today, Land People. One more prints Catch Flights Not Feelings with a small plane climbing off the last letter, a travel plan and a policy in the same breath.
For the woman who communicates in captions
She has a line for the group chat, a line for the ex, and a line for whoever asked if she was busy this weekend. Her sister has the same lines in a different font. Neither of them needs the picture. The tail says who wrote it.
